Winter treats

This tour is a real winter highlight in Terento. It starts in the centre of the village before heading out into the open. The earth pyramids look almost surreal in the snow and the historic mills tell quiet stories of South Tyrol as it once was. Continue along the Gols circular trail and the panoramic trail enjoying sweeping views of the Val Pusteria and the Dolomites. The route enjoys the sun late into the day and the atmosphere is relaxed. Perfect for a spontaneous afternoon excursion with plenty of views and even more soul!

The starting point is the centre of Terento. From there, you hike to the earth pyramids and continue towards the Gols circular trail. You then return to the village via the panoramic trail. The route is easily accessible and can be shortened or extended at any time, depending on how you feel on the day. Duration: approx. 1.5 hours, depending on length, difficulty: easy to moderately difficult.
