At the AUI, we specifically only cook two evenings a week – but when we do, we put our heart and soul into it. On the other days, we’ll send you on a culinary road trip. The reason for this - South Tyrol tastes incredibly good. And because there are more places to enjoy around the AUI than there are pages in a holiday diary.
