Are you a versatile, hands-on person with a proactive mindset? At AUI, you are the key support behind the scenes, helping to keep everything running smoothly across kitchen, housekeeping, and technical areas. Variety motivates you, and taking initiative comes naturally.

Your responsibilities:
- Minor maintenance and repair tasks
- Support in housekeeping (guest rooms and common areas)
- Assistance in the kitchen (simple preparations and dishwashing)
- Restocking and maintaining the shop area
- Seasonal outdoor maintenance and waste management tasks

We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and hands-on person with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to work across different areas.

You bring:
- Practical skills and hands-on experience (career changers welcome)
- Flexibility and a positive attitude toward varied tasks
- Good physical condition and resilience
- Independent and structured working style
- Driving licence (for trips to the recycling centre)
