The Community Kitchen is a meeting place, a room for opportunity and a favourite spot. An open space for those who enjoy and value togetherness. There are several cooking areas, but it is an experience shared by all. Everyone is welcome.
We love those moments when guests strike up a conversation with each other: one person is chopping, one is stirring, someone else is laughing and another is simply listening whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Cooking is a sociable affair. That's exactly the idea behind our Community Kitchen. There's room for everyone at the large kitchen table: families, groups of friends, teams or solo travellers who just want to join in. Your choice!
We have thought of absolutely everything: multiple cooking areas, a full range of equipment and plenty of space in the fridge. Feel free to help yourself to herbs from our garden, browse through our cookbooks, find inspiration in the Trust Shop or buy ingredients from the village grocery shops. Yum, it smells delicious! Have fun cooking!
