Here, the light plays with the landscape causing the mountains to glow warm shades of red – and you are right in the middle of it. Take a dip in the heated pool, followed by a soothing sauna session and unwind whilst taking in the panoramic view. After time in the mountains, in the snow or a summer’s day in the Gitschberg Jochtal, simply lie back, stretch out and do nothing at all. Switch off and let your senses take over. Wellness at the AUI is pure regeneration.
At the AUI, relaxation doesn't finish at the door. It continues outside with the sun on your face or the snow under your feet.
Nature escapes

Three hectares of open meadows, forests and lots of little spots to escape to. Reading in the forest hideaway, yoga with a view, swinging instead of scrolling or curling instead of an ice bath. Barefoot through the grass in summer, a quick wander through the snow in winter – relaxing outdoors is simply part of the AUI experience.
