Breakfast?

Breakfast at the AUI? It's up to you. Add at time of booking or decide on the day for the next morning. The buffet is a feast for the eyes comprising the finest products and good coffee. Alternatively, make it yourself in your suite or apartment and enjoy breakfast in bed.

This is where everything comes together. Breakfast, aperitifs and a sense of community. Café vibes during the day, wine and good conversation in the evening. And twice a week, there's a gourmet evening with Gerd in the kitchen and Kathi serving drinks. Totally relaxed. Anyone who wishes is welcome to join us!

Community Kitchen

The Community Kitchen is a meeting place, a room for opportunity and a favourite spot. An open space perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together in your group, or for spontaneous social evenings. There are multiple cooking areas, which guests can reserve as they wish. Everyone is welcome.

The AUI shop is your gourmet backup stocking artisanal hampers with regional ingredients, ready-to-cook meals, delicious snacks and drinks. Self-service based on trust. Simply buy, cook and enjoy – in your apartment, in the Community Kitchen or outside in the sun. Smart and tasty.
