Child supplement: Children aged 0–2: €20 · Children aged 3–10: €50 · Children aged 11–17: €70 · Children aged 17 and older: €90. Single occupancy surcharge: €30 (available for View, Simple, Sky Loft, Sun Loft and Luna Loft rooms).
Deposit & payment
Pay 30% upfront. Settle the balance when you arrive. We accept cash or card.
Booking
Your reservation is confirmed once we receive your deposit.
Cancellation policy
Up to 30 days before arrival: no charge
Up to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount
From 14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount
Travel cancellation insurance
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance (Europäische Reiseversicherung).
